Ethan Ingram brings the mindset of a Division I athlete and the heart of a coach to every client he trains. A former All-State offensive lineman from Buchholz High School, Ethan earned a full Division 1 athletic scholarship and went on to compete at Marshall University and Georgia Southern University. Years of high-level competition and training taught him discipline, resilience, and what true performance demands.
After graduating at nearly 320 pounds, Ethan also experienced the toll that elite athletics can take on long-term health. Determined to transform his life, he immersed himself in nutrition, strength training, and sustainable wellness. That journey sparked a passion—one that ultimately led him to a career in sports, as the varsity Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach at Oak Hall School as well as a certified personal trainer.
Today, Ethan uses both his athletic background and personal transformation to help others find their own balance between peak performance and overall well-being. Whether working with student athletes, former competitors, or adults striving to feel stronger and healthier, Ethan’s coaching style is built on experience , customized programming, and unwavering support.
His mission is simple: to guide every client toward their strongest, healthiest self—physically, mentally, and confidently.
