Growing up in the small town of Bell, FL, Gabe participated in multiple sports including Football, Basketball, and Track. It was the love for sports that drove him to pursue his Bachelors degree at the University of Central Florida where he also started his Strength and Conditioning journey working within UCF Sports Performance, assisting with UCF baseball, soccer, track and field, cross country, softball, and dance and cheer.
Following his time at UCF, Gabe moved back to Gainesville and worked at Kinetix Physical Therapy assisting DPT’s and PTA’s in Exercise Rehabilitation for patients. Not too long after, he enrolled at the University of Florida to obtain his Masters in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, and worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning intern with Florida Men’s and Women’s basketball, golf, and tennis.
As an avid recreational sports athlete, Gabe blends athletic performance, movement quality, and maximizes strength within individualized training and groups, to enjoy playing sports for as long as possible. He is passionate about educating the next generation of athletes, creating long-lasting athleticism, and committing to providing the fundamentals for success.
