Kariana Ayala-Drew

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Kariana moved to Gainesville, Florida at the age of 15 to pursue her passion for volleyball and academics at The Rock School. Her talent and dedication earned her a full scholarship to play collegiate volleyball at Santa Fe College and later at Jacksonville University, where she completed a Master’s degree in Exercise Science.

Kariana is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). While at Jacksonville University, she led the strength and conditioning program for the Exercise Science Department, supervising graduate students lead fitness programs for JU faculty and staff, as well as employees at Mayo Clinic.

Kariana is stepping into a new role as a personal trainer at Muscle Farm, the same facility that helped shape her as an athlete before heading to college. Her mission is to inspire a lifelong love for exercise in others and to help young athletes thrive through strength training and proper nutrition.
