Tygh Bailes brings the firsthand experience of an elite competitor and the precise science of a certified professional to every athlete he trains. A former standout high school football and track and field athlete, Tygh’s leadership journey began early. Recognizing his natural gift for helping people improve their physical abilities, he was already programming and leading strength workouts for his football teammates while still in high school.

Driven to push his own physical limits, Tygh trained as an athlete right at Muscle Farm. This deep connection gave him an intimate understanding of the grit, intensity, and culture required to build true athletic power. Over a year ago, Tygh successfully transitioned from athlete to coach, stepping into a full-time coaching role.

Today, Tygh specializes in helping young athletes bridge the gap between raw potential and peak performance at Muscle Farm. Certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), he specializes in developing youth and high school athletes. He combines evidence-based training methods with the real-world knowledge gained from his own athletic career.

Tygh knows exactly what it takes to transition from a young competitor into an elite performer. His coaching style blends customized, age-appropriate programming with unwavering accountability. Tygh's mission is simple: to build the next generation of powerhouse athletes by instilling the speed, strength, and confidence they need to dominate their sport and excel in life.
